Zhao is responsible for the analysis on China's telecommunication equipment market. Prior to joining IHS, Hailin worked as a senior analyst in the marketing intelligence department at Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell where he was responsible for segment and customer analysis. His duties included products competition analysis, marketing information collection, as well as customer marketing development.
Zhao earned his Master of Signal and Information Processing degree from Harbin Engineering University and a Bachelor in Electronic Engineering from Harbin Engineering University.
