Richard joined Screen Digest in November 2008 as a research analyst for the video team, where he is responsible for tracking developments in 3D home entertainment. He is also involved in the day-to-day analysis of European data collated via Screen Digest's long-term partnership with the International Video Federation as well as in tracking trends in the emerging markets of China and India.

Before joining Screen Digest, Richard worked for a research agency in the Munro Global group and as a researcher at King's College London.

Richard holds a PhD in Social and Cultural Geography, a MA in Cities, Culture and Social Change and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography all from King's College London.
