Following on from recent signing of Carmike Cinemas, Deluxe/Echostar's joint venture satellite service has signed a distribution agreement with USA's fifth largest exhibitor Rave Cinemas, and their circuit of 817 all-digital screens in 60 sites and across 20 states. All sites should be equipped by end of 2011 and enables electronic delivery of 2D, 3D, 2K, 4K and live content to cinemas.
